Terms of Service
Professional terms that keep platform use clear, secure, and predictable.
Use Dvyapar for lawful business operations and regulatory-compliant billing only.
The platform is intended for legitimate business use. You may not use it in ways that violate law, compromise other users, or interfere with platform reliability.
Account owners are responsible for their users, permissions, and data accuracy.
- Protect account credentials and keep access limited to authorized users.
- Review permissions regularly to ensure the right team members have the right access.
- Make sure billing, inventory, and customer data entered into the platform is accurate and lawful.
Paid plans are prepaid for the selected cycle and tied to the chosen plan limits.
Subscription billing begins when you choose a paid plan. Features, usage limits, and renewal timing depend on the plan you select at checkout or through a sales-assisted process.
This structure keeps the buying journey simple for retail teams while still supporting enterprise procurement expectations.
We work for high uptime, but maintenance and interruptions can still happen.
Dvyapar targets reliable availability and makes operational maintenance as predictable as possible. Planned maintenance or external service dependencies may affect access from time to time.
The platform, its code, design system, and underlying architecture remain Dvyapar property.
Dvyapar Technologies owns the software, visual system, and related intellectual property. The service is licensed for use, not sold to the customer.
Accounts can be suspended or terminated when the rules are violated or billing fails.
If an account is misused, unpaid, or involved in a policy or legal violation, Dvyapar may suspend or terminate access to protect the service and its users.
Questions about terms or billing can be sent to the support team.
The request will be sent to support@dvyapar.com.
