You can cancel from account settings or by contacting support from the registered account email.
We keep the cancellation process simple so customers can stop renewals without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Cancellation stops future renewals, but the current paid cycle remains available until expiry.
Once cancelled, the plan does not renew automatically. Your access continues until the current subscription period ends.
Some data may be retained for recovery and legal compliance during a limited retention window.
- Operational data may be retained temporarily for recovery or support.
- Some records must be retained when required by law or compliance obligations.
- Data deletion may happen after the retention period if no legal hold applies.
A short grace period may apply before permanent deletion or final cleanup.
After the grace period, data may be permanently removed unless the law requires longer retention.
