Clear usage rules that protect customers, the platform, and the product experience.
Dvyapar should be used for lawful business activity and normal product workflows.
The service is designed for genuine business operations. Users are expected to follow the law, respect the platform, and avoid anything that could harm other users or the service itself.
Certain actions are not allowed because they put data, users, or the product at risk.
- Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to extract platform internals.
- Misusing APIs, running abusive automation, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Uploading illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
- Building competing services using proprietary code or architecture.
These rules help keep the product reliable for retail teams while preserving platform trust and security.
Violations can lead to suspension, termination, or legal action when needed.
Dvyapar may suspend or terminate access when usage threatens the platform, other customers, or the law. In serious cases, additional legal action may follow.
If your team is unsure whether a use case is allowed, ask before launching it.
The request will be sent to support@dvyapar.com.
